DBE CONSULTATION MEETING JOIN US!

The Kings County Area Public Transit Agency (KCAPTA) is in the process of calculating
its 3-Year Goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to participate in projects funded
by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The federal fiscal years covered are
2024/2025, 2025/2026, and 2026/2027.

KCAPTA will host a meeting on June 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM at KCAPTA Administrative
Offices (610 W. 7th Street, Hanford CA 93230) to discuss the goal setting methodology
and receive input from stakeholders in our region.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 49 C.F.R. 26.45 that the Kings County Area Public Transit Agency, (KCAPTA) has proposed an overall goal of 0.06% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises participating in U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration (FTA) assisted contracts for the triennial period FY 2022-2024.

The proposed goal and its rational are available for public inspection during normal business hours at KCAPTA Administrative Office through July 16, 2021. KCAPTA Administrative Office is located at 610 W 7th Street, Hanford, CA 93230. KCAPTA will accept public comment on the proposed goal through July 16, 2021.
